Our Core Initiatives

Women of Baker
For the Modern Philanthropist
Our premier initiative designed for high-impact women looking for fast-paced, high-reward philanthropy. If your schedule is tight but your heart is big, this is your path. We bypass the traditional committee structure with exclusive evening events where we pool our resources to directly crown and fund local Baker County non-profits on the spot. Modern impact for the modern woman.

Lions and Ladies
The Powerhouse Alliance
For the hands-on changemakers ready to multiply their impact. This is our collaborative, boots-on-the-ground force joined hand-in-hand with the local Macclenny Lions Club. By combining our talents, resources, and volunteer networks, we tackle massive, large-scale community service projects, regional fundraisers, and community events that neither club could achieve alone.

The Juniorettes
The Next Generation of Leaders
For high school-aged young women looking to find their voice, build their resumes, and make lifelong friends. The Juniorettes is our specialized youth branch that bridges mentorship with real civic action. It is the ultimate platform for local students to earn critical community service hours, practice hands-on event planning, and learn the power of giving back.
Our Community Service Programs
To make sure we can tackle every type of need in Baker County, our volunteer work is organized into five specialized committees. When you join, you get to choose your path—dive deep into an area you love, float between a few, or simply enjoy the social side of the club!

Health & Wellness
Supporting local families, partnering with area shelters, and driving community wellness, care, and food outreach initiatives.

Environment
Focusing on community beautification, environmental awareness, and preserving our beautiful local landscape.

Civic Engagement
Honoring our roots, supporting local veterans and first responders, and encouraging civic pride throughout Macclenny.

Education & Libraries
Supporting literacy programs, backing our local schools, and investing in educational pathways for Baker County students.

Arts & Culture
Celebrating local heritage, promoting the arts in our schools, and bringing creative initiatives to our community.

Advocates for Children
Supporting local youth, partnering with area foster care, and driving child safety, literacy, and community care initiatives.

Human Trafficking & Domestic Violence
Supporting local survivors, partnering with area shelters, and driving safety awareness, crisis education, and community protection initiatives.

Some of our ladies lead major civic projects, others quietly support with their unique talents behind the scenes, and many join us simply for the incredible lifelong friendships and social connection. However you choose to participate, you are welcome here. You’ll be part of a powerhouse circle of women making a measurable difference with heart, purpose, and sisterhood.
