Thank you for choosing to partner with the GFWC Woman’s Club of Macclenny! By registering below,  you are doing more than just reserving a space at the Baker County Fairgrounds—you are investing in the well-being of our neighbors. 100% of the proceeds from this event directly benefit the Samaritan Food Bank and their vital mission to eliminate food insecurity right here in Baker County. • Direct Access: A dedicated space to engage with over 500 local attendees.

• Community Visibility: Your organization’s presence in a day focused on health, education, and local resources.

• Wellness Roadmap Destination: Your booth will be an official stop on our event-wide "Roadmap to Wellness." This interactive system ensures you aren't just sitting behind a table—it guarantees a "roadmap" of consistent foot traffic directly to you, providing a captive audience eager to learn about your services. Important Reminders:

• Deadline: Please ensure payment is completed by May 15, 2026.

• Setup: The event is indoors. Please remember to bring your own table and chairs.

• Arrival: Early setup is available Friday, June 5 (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM) or Saturday morning. We begin promptly at 9:00 AM.
